Problem is ANRITSU MS2602A
Center frequency is shift upper about 200MHz .
Narrow span is unstable .
PLL is unstable.
1st LO circuit may have problem.

1st Local controle circuit.
Right side is sampler circuit.
Next is PLL circuit .

PLL IC have to check first.
We have no extender board.
So we set some test point with cable.
2 of Input and output signal .

MC12040 is PLL IC .
This is compare phase between 1stLO and Timebase .
Error output go integrated circuit and drive 1stLO with sweep sawtooth. |

PLL work fine .
10V ref circuit is making noisy and unstable.
Problem is this .
