Problem is No charging
Battery controle IC mode is set by 0V protection.
Charge function will never work .
We will inspect charging circuit to open cover .

Other side .
It made 4 batterys. 2 pair and 2 pair . One pair is 3.6V then 7.2V.
SII charge controle IC S8232U is protect state . This has double protect by S8204 .

Battery voltage is 0.7V only .
We try force charging by 7.2V 200mA power supply CC mode.
Voltage will wake up soon .
Charge for 10-20 min . Soon back to R&S Instrument. It will charge again.
Danger If Battery has damaged It will fire . Please do on your RISK .
